We’re excited to share with you our activities for the Month of June!
Below is a calendar with everything happening this month. If you’d like to get involved, message us through the contact forms and we’ll get you sorted! Keep reading for info about our events.

Songwriting Project:

The songwriting project is a project open to all who wish to make music with us! We’re joining together to write something original and new, so join in to learn about the process of writing a song, and lend your creative voice to help us come up with something great! We look forward to hearing your ideas! Songwriting activities are on the 7th, and 21st of June at 6pm (18:00).

Keyboard Lessons:

The keyboard lesson project is for Kids aged 10 and below, to help them learn fundamental skills like reading music and playing keyboard. We have 2 lessons a month + one games night, and we’re going to be learning some great music. June’s task is to learn how to play Mission Impossible! Registrations are closed, however if you’re interested in lessons, we’re looking to run another group in the Autumn so stay in touch!

World Music Day!

Ama-zing Harmonies would like to invite you to celebrate a World Music Day digital community concert on the 28th of June. World Music day traditionally occurs on June 21st to celebrate community music and collective music making outdoors. To adhere to gathering limits still in place, we’d like to celebrate the diversity of musicians in our community by having a digital concert on the 28th. This way you can still celebrate with friends and family outdoors on the 21st, but come together as a community on the 28th. Our dream is to celebrate the talented members of Edinburgh, and enjoy as many cultural musics and styles from around the world as possible that are represented here within the Edinburgh community. If you have a song, skill or instrument that you would like to share, we invite you to contact us about taking part! If you’d rather sit back and celebrate that is fantastic too, just join us on zoom or facebook live at 6pm on Monday, the 28th of June!
